“Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean although bit small by usa standards. No room safe, and bathroom lacked shelf space and clothes/towel hooks-but not deal breaker. Area is nice and convenient to tram, which hotel provided free electronic passes for, which then let us have easy access to shopping, dining, and the train station. ”

“General comments for my stays in the past week. The service was good. However, the Room facilities and cleanliness needs to be lift up immediately.
1. Stains and hair found on the sofa.
2. Wine cellar ventilation fan was noisy which woke me up during the night on my 1st stay.
3. Toilet bowl cover loosened.
4. Stains and hair found in a towel.

“第一次入住 EMA House (Superior Unterstrass) 非常喜歡，公寓現代感 新 乾淨整潔，房內設施處處都有細心的巧思，入住期間 非常愉快。
預定時只剩一樓地面樓層，剛開始會擔心外面吵，實際還好沒有被影響到。（入住時遇到寒流 沒有打開窗戶）
床好睡、枕頭 寢具舒服。有加溫空調、也有冷氣，室內溫度 冷熱可自由調整。
設備齊全的廚房及洗衣設備，對旅客很便利。浴室有多組加溫掛片，對沒有時間烘乾衣服的很方便。
免費WiFi強度夠，2台筆電 2台手機 使用順暢。
房間每週一三五有清潔人員打掃、更換毛巾衛浴用品、咖啡及茶包。
公寓轉角隔壁街有11號及14號電車，平時移動方便。離蘇黎世火車站 僅2站路程。
